What have we learned after all of this experience? Several things!! 
Some of the basic experiences have repeated themselves in many cases.
  • We can NOT assume ANYTHING! We have had numerous clients tell us "I know XXXX.", only to find out later that what they knew was a myth. Either intentionally being misled by an employee, spouse, etc, or misconception or misunderstanding.

  • Not all Information or Evidence can be secured, no matter how much time and energy we commit. Some Evidence can be altered, removed or destroyed.
